Gender swapping with adopts

For all you adoptables makers that just don't care if the person who bought your adopt changes its gender or sex! Personally I don't understand why people care if the person who bought the adoptable changes anything with it, I mean if its such a enormous change in the design itself then why did the person buy the adopt to begin with?
